Melanie Lindquist

Melanie's background is in marketing, communications and digital management with experience in developing multi-layered campaigns for clients whilst working in the music, radio, television, print and digital industries.

She is currently Head of Digital for Avalde Digital Australia. This includes developing business solutions, strategic plans and tactical campaigns using digital at the core. The agency's capability is across the digital spectrum including web, mobile and social which makes for a fast paced and creative development environment. She has held this role since 2009 after 16 years in media.

After two years as Vice President, she was elected President of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (Queensland). AIMIA supports digital education, knowledge sharing and industry networking to help build a strong digital community in Queensland, Australia.

Melanie's specialties include digital strategy and planning, creative digital execution, social media strategy and planning, digital development including eCommerce strategies, brand development and brand planning.
