James Sanders has spent the last 20 years working diligently to make the web a better place to be. He has worked for several large companies including, Highmark Health, Penn State Hershey Medical Center and NIC Subsidiaries Oklahoma Interactive, Arizona Interactive and Pennsylvania Interactive. Over this time period he has either been hands on or directly involved in the creation of hundreds of various web sites and applications and his work has one several awards.

He has worked hard to stand up for not only enhancing the user experience but also the experience for those with disabilities. He has sat on several councils and governance groups and always championed the rights of those needing assistance when using web site and/or web based applications. In his current role as Manager of Personalization he is working with his team on taking these standards to the next level and into the mobile first methodology. Sites and applications will be customized to better meet the user's exact needs and offer specific assistance to those in need of additional support.
